Labelman presents STEVE to release second single, ‘leave me by’ from forthcoming EP ‘OhCD’
Buckle up for the new single by the Belgian noise/industrial/hip-hop band STEVE.
“LEAVE ME BE” dives deep into the underbelly of urban life, exploring the collapse of society and the psychological toll of living in the streets. From sleeping on station benches to navigating coded chaos, the lyrics confront addiction, isolation, and the layers of anger and despair that accumulate when the world turns cold.
This single builds on the momentum of STEVE’s previous release, “I’M NOT DEAD”, expanding their exploration of dystopian urban life while hinting at a darker, more unpredictable sonic world.
“LEAVE ME BE” is set for release May 15.
The forthcoming EP, "OhCD”, will be out in the fall via LABELMAN!

About “LEAVE ME BE”
STEVE continues to carve out a sonic world that’s raw, chaotic, and impossible to ignore. Their new single, “LEAVE ME BE” (feat. Owen Perry Weston), confronts life on the streets with brutal honesty, pairing hip-hop energy with industrial noise textures to create a claustrophobic, high-intensity experience. Featuring stark, visceral lyrics and relentless beats, the track channels the aggressive, confrontational edge of Joey Valence, Beastie Boys, and Death Grips.
This release marks the second step in STEVE’s ongoing story, following their debut EP, “NOT A PERSON”, and sets the stage for even darker, heavier explorations of alienation, survival, and mental overload.

With “OhCD”, STEVE pushes their chaotic sonic universe further into collapse, expanding the world they introduced on “NOT A PERSON” into something darker, harsher, and more unhinged. The EP plays out like a spiral through urban decay and psychological overload, where identity fractures under pressure and survival becomes the only constant. Blending hip-hop, industrial noise, and punk energy, STEVE construct a sound that is volatile and suffocating. Moments of groove and clarity constantly disrupted by distortion, aggression, and collapse.
Unpredictable and emotionally raw, “OhCD” is constantly building, breaking, and mutating. It solidifies STEVE as architects of controlled chaos, capturing a world overheating and the minds struggling to endure within it.
“OhCD” is set for release October 16 via Labelman!
We’re also excited to share that the vinyl is now available for pre-order! The A-side features the “OhCD” EP, while the B-side includes the 2024 “NOT A PERSON” EP, which has never had a physical release until now! The limited silver metallic vinyl is a Labelman exclusive, available only through our Big Cartel.
