Open’er 2027 – 30 june – 3 july 2027 – more names
Open'er 2027 is gaining momentum with more headliners revealed: Sombr, one of the biggest music phenomena in years; RAYE, the British artist redefining modern pop; and indie-rock powerhouse The Neighbourhood. Closing out the latest announcements is the legendary Patti Smith, one of alt-rock's most iconic and influential singer-songwriters, poets, and visual artists.

Open'er Festival powered by Orange 2027 will take place from June 30 to July 3 in Gdynia, Poland, with Tame Impala already announced as the first headliner. Regular Tickets are on sale at opener.pl.

SOMBR
He's been called Gen Z's rockstar heir apparent, but sombr is still, in many ways, Shane Boose, the kid who found his voice via a makeshift bedroom studio on the Lower East Side and who is, to this day, the sole writer (and co-producer) of his world-beating songs. The NYC native taught himself production and recorded by night while studying classical music and vocal performance at the prestigious, public LaGuardia High School. Now, with a sticky mix of arena pop, indie yearn, and glam charisma, he documents young love with a smoldering vulnerability and depth celebrated around the globe. In 2025, his smash single "back to friends" hit #1 on Spotify's Global and U.S. charts, also cracking the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10. His rapid rise is also reflected in his headline tours (North America, U.K., Europe, Australia / New Zealand), which sell out instantly. sombr entered 2026 with a Best New Artist GRAMMY nod. He also released his debut album, "I Barely Know Her", co-produced by the legendary Tony Berg (Phoebe Bridgers, The Replacements). Near-universal press raves followed, while three of the singles charted simultaneously on the Hot 100. We can't wait to see him live at Open'er. July 1, Orange Main Stage

RAYE
RAYE is redefining modern pop music through raw storytelling, genre-defying sound, and record-breaking success. Since her 2014 debut EP, the 4-time GRAMMY-nominated and 7-time BRIT Award-winning British singer, songwriter, and producer has surpassed over 10 billion streams. Her catalog, covering pop, R&B, hip-hop, gospel, jazz, big band, and dance, includes collaborations with Stormzy, Central Cee, David Guetta, Doja Cat, Mark Ronson and Disclosure, among others. A prolific songwriter, RAYE has also penned hits for icons such as Beyoncé, Charli xcx, Jennifer Lopez, and JADE. Her 2023 debut album, „My 21st Century Blues", achieved unprecedented critical and commercial success, with the single "Escapism" reaching Top 10 in over 20 countries. After her one-night-only show at Royal Albert Hall - backed by a 50-piece orchestra and gospel choir -  critics called her "the most talented artist since Adele and Amy Winehouse" (The Telegraph). After her 2025 hit single "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!" took the world by storm, her new album „This Music May Contain Hope", topped the UK charts and was hailed as "pure audio spectacle that will have you screaming for an encore" (The Independent). Finally, seeing RAYE live is an experience of pure JOY! See you at Open'er 2027 - July 3, Orange Main Stage.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Since 2011, California quintet The Neighbourhood, with Jesse Rutherford (vocals), Zach Abels (guitar), Jeremy Freedman (guitar), Mikey Margott (bass), and Brandon Fried (drums), have zigged and zagged past conventions and expectations. Following the success of their platinum-selling debut „I Love You" and lead single „Sweater Weather", they worked with everyone from YG to Denzel Curry, and graced top festivals. With albums such as „Wiped Out", „The Neighbourhood", „Chip Chrome & The Mono-Tones", as well as their 2025 release „Ultrasound", The Neighbourhood have gained a cult following and established themselves as one of the most powerful names in contemporary indie-rock. Now they're finally coming to Gdynia! See The Neighbourhood live at Open'er 2027, July 2, Orange Main Stage.

PATTI SMITH
Patti Smith is an acclaimed singer-song writer, poet, painter, author, and photographer whose work helped shape the New York punk and art-rock scene of the 1970s and the decades that followed. Born in Chicago and raised in New Jersey, she was inspired by Beat poetry and artists such as Bob Dylan, James Brown, the Rolling Stones, and the Doors. After moving to New York in 1967, she became involved in poetry, performance art, and underground theatre, while developing a creative partnership with guitarist Lenny Kaye.
Smith and Kaye evolved into the Patti Smith Group, whose early performances combined poetry, improvisation, and rock. Their 1974 single "Hey Joe"/"Piss Factory" preceded her groundbreaking 1975 debut album „Horses". Albums including „Radio Ethiopia", „Easter", and „Wave" established her as an influential and unconventional rock artist, with "Because the Night" becoming her biggest commercial success.
Having stepped away from music for several years, Patti Smith returned with „Gone Again" in 1996, following the deaths of several close ones. She continued releasing socially conscious and experimental music, including „Peace and Noise", „Gung Ho", and „Banga".
Smith has also maintained a major literary and visual-art career, winning multiple awards, exhibiting photography, publishing poetry and memoirs, collaborating with a variety of artists, and receiving numerous honors, including induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Her later projects continued to combine music, literature, visual art, environmental concerns, and experimental performance. We're thrilled to welcome her at Open'er 2027.
