A Modern Salute to Pop‑Punk
Punk Rock Saved My Life! - Future Radio & Pieter Marcato.mp3 - Google Drive
Future Radio and Pieter Marcato join forces on Punk Rock Saved My Live!, a fast paced, modern pop punk anthem that pays tribute to the genre that defined a generation. Nostalgic yet fresh, the single captures the raw energy and emotional lifeline of pop punk, reminding listeners why the music still matters.
Punk Rock Saved My Live! celebrates how pop punk shaped the artists teenage years. With metaphorical nods to Green Day, Blink 182, Offspring, and Paramore, the track blends driving guitars, punchy rhythms, and soaring hooks into a heartfelt tribute to the genre that raised them. Anchored by the lyric “torn jeans, busted vans and loud guitars,” the song channels the spirit of the Warped Tour era while delivering a modern edge.
“Pop punk gave us a voice when we felt misunderstood,” says Pieter Marcato. “This song is about that sense of belonging and the realisation that we were not alone.” Johnny Late, frontman and songwriter for Future Radio, adds: “I had so much fun writing this track. It felt completely natural; like tapping into the energy that made us fall in love with music in the first place.”
The release will be supported by a full campaign including a music video, live version, acoustic version, and a coordinated social media launch. Future Radio and Pieter Marcato will leverage their established fan bases and industry networks to maximize reach, while targeting playlists and radio placements to ensure the single resonates with both local and international audiences.
